I'd be happy to save all of my teeth in a bag and then exchange them all at once for a large payday. I'm happy you'll be visiting soon, but I hate for you to have to make so many trips. Thanks!ĭear Tooth (I assume that's your first name), That's fine and all, but can you also make sure I get adult teeth in their place? Money does me no good if I have silly holes in my smile for life. I understand you'll be taking my teeth and giving me something in return. Cash is fine in return, but I also take checks. Thank you so much for taking this baby tooth away from me! I'm getting to be a big kid, and I really don't need them anymore. I was wondering if you could leave a $5 bill instead of the usual single? Inflation is really killing my piggy bank! I lost a tooth the other day, as you can see under my pillow. I know you're a very busy fairy, so I'll make it quick. I'm writing because I have a favor to ask. A tooth fairy letter helps the child make sense of their first tooth loss, as well as make the whole tooth fairy thing more real for them. If you have older kids, they can help your younger children compose tooth fairy letters. If your children are too young for this, you can write the letter and let your child decorate it. Something that parents can do to help ease the child's mind is to let them write a note to the tooth fairy. Some kids even try to pull their teeth out themselves (which you shouldn't do). Others are a little more apprehensive about losing their teeth and wonder what will happen to them. Some kids are excited to lose their teeth and get money from the tooth fairy. Just like with anything else, kids have their own way of dealing with it. In the United States and elsewhere, we place the tooth under the child's pillow, or in a special container near their bed, and overnight, the tooth fairy (the child's parents if we're being honest) replaces the tooth with money, a treat, or some other special gift. Everyone goes through it, and everyone has their own rituals. If your child lost a tooth, congratulations! Losing a tooth is a rite of passage for kids.
